We hope you love your GYPSY SPRING products as much as we do and are 100% satisfied with your purchase from our site. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied, Gypsy Spring is happy to offer a refund on unopened and unused, full-price items within 14 days of your delivery date.

DAMAGES
If upon arrival, any part or all of your order is damaged, please email hello@gypsyspring.com and a picture of the damage. A member of our Customer Care team will be in contact with you shortly to discuss possible options.
Please note: Once the product is removed from its protective packaging, we cannot be responsible for any further damage due to improper handling.
